Jay P. Green's Literal Translation 1993

25:1And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said:
25:2Rule and fear are with Him. He makes peace in His high places.
25:3Is there any number of His armies? And on whom does His light not rise?
25:4How then can man be justified with God? Or how can one who is horn of a woman be pure?
25:5Behold, even the moon, and it is not bright; and the stars are not pure in His eyes;
25:6how much less man who is a maggot; and the son of man who is a worm!

Green's Literal Translation 1993

Green's Literal Translation (Literal Translation of the Holy Bible - LITV), is a translation of the Bible by Jay P. Green, Sr., first published in 1985. The LITV takes a literal, formal equivalence approach to translation. The Masoretic Text is used as the Hebrew basis for the Old Testament, and the Textus Receptus is used as the Greek basis for the New Testament.
